Seatposts: Campag, Dura-Ace, SR, ITM, Kalloy...

Hi all,

I have a load of seatposts for sale, mostly 27.2mm but with a few other sizes too.

All are available for collection from London N1 or I can post at cost.


27.2mm

Dura-Ace EX (1st Generation) - 200mm - £30
Good - Quite a few light marks above insertion point but they don't detract from the stunning looks. Some nice hand-drilled holes on the rear.

Campagnolo Nuovo Record 2-Bolt - £20
Fair - Looks a little weathered but it's actually not that bad, it's just quite dull in finish. Marked all the way up but relatively lightly.

SR Laparde - 200mm - £14
Good - Relatively light marks above insertion point.

Kalloy SR Laprade lookalike - 230mm - £8
Good - lightly marked all the way up, minor and should polish out if you so wish.

Poor - Badly marked all the way up, perfect beater seatpost.

Unknown Alloy - 300mm - £8
Good - Very lightly marked but you can barely tell.

Unknown Alloy - 206mm - £8
Fair - Lightly marked but fine. Nice anodised clamp bolts.

Campagnolo Aero (No-shield version) Chrous/Croce D'Aune - 210mm - £30
Good - Non-offensive marks above insertion point, the worst of which is on the rear of the Campy banding. See pics. Beautifully polished above the logo.

ITM Fluted Silver/Black - 220mm - £12
Good - Marked a bit above insertion mark generally looks decent. Nice seatpost.

USE Anodised blue - 220mm - £10
Fair - Anodising has been marked quite a bit, still nice at the top though. Shim takes it to 27.2mm but I'm not sure if I have one.

How much seat tube is there between the seat rails and the minimum insertion mark?

I've a Peugeot frame that's a tad short in top tube so looking for a set back style. The present etc post measures 27mm. Can you say which has most setback from Kalloy Laprade,Laprade and unknown alloy? Plus how much for postage? Thanks
