Try Sheldon Browns website - google "Sheldon Brown stuck seatpost" for his 15 tips which is really helpful as well. Good luck with it and take your time!

MartinYorkshire Retro Guru Feedback View Jul 6, 2010 #4 LGF's suggestion of inserting a quill stem with bars is a good one, if you can get a quill to fit
