Seat post struck in frame

Re:

I perhaps should have added heat and caustic as six and seven.

But they are nasty.

Heat means BIG heat with means a source, and a frame re-spray or re-coat

Caustic is just....nasty.

Well guys the foe is vanquished. I used Finish Line Chill Zone spray and after about 10 minutes of waiting and wrangling the post around with a wrench, it started to move a little bit, then more, then I was able to pull it out. It did not fall out on its own, it needed a little more conviction than that, but it wasn't very hard. So thank you all for your help. Much appreciated. Here is the product I used:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009V ... UTF8&psc=1

Now I have to wrangle the bottom bracket out ... I removed half of it with great effort but the second half is stuck solid with rust. That's next.

The frame is a ParkPre Pro 925 hence the effort since it is well built, light and worth rescuing.

Cool

Here you go! Some battle scars and the secret weapon !

It's an excellent suggestion unfortunately I live in the US... If you know of a similar service where I live let me know.

BTW the post is aluminum. My typing steel earlier on was a typo. I don't know what I was thinking.
