Hi James, the top cap kingbling had is now unavailable as it's in my green collection of bits and bobs ready for the next build. If I come across another one I can post here though to let you know.
While I'm here I'm still on the search for a complete Hope green headset (don't need the top cap) and other green Hope parts from the late 90's to 2005 - that lovely forest green colour along with the gold was never a favourite but always looked better in person.
If a spare old green top cap comes along James you're in line first, good luck as a good community here will help hook you up but is fairly rare and since lockdown the flood of old green parts hasn't materialised...
