I seem to remember trying to make something bitd that did the same job, only I made mine out of hacked up bits of brakes and some mechano. This will hopefully work better. And be safer, too, which is always a good thing.

it actually makes the braking force stronger because the force is applied closer to the wheel than a headset hanger. It worked really well on my cannondale forks and set up with XTR cantilevers
