Sealed bearings lube or no lube?

So, I’ve been fettling a road rear wheel built round a Novatec hub (press fit, not cup and cone - what a fascinating modern world we inhabit…) ; will be replacing the 6902 bearings. Question is, would you just pop in the new bearings or (re) lube them first? If lube, then what sort?

Replacement bearings are from a cycling specific supplier and are ceramic, so I’m hoping they will already have optimal lube?

You mean hook the seals and apply extra? No, I'd leave it well alone.

If they have seals, leave em be. youll do more damage than good trying to lube them any more than they are.

They're sealed for a reason...
