The latest project but w/o the original sizes. I sent those you gave me to the artist already.

Green because the fork is RAL 6018 and I want to match it.

Can you please if you gan make me scan of the chainstay Scott USA original sticker?

dimensions are 295mm total lenght, 25mm in widest point, but I'm not having any non-sticked, so can't scan it

Just one remark - if I remember correctly from my '92 Sawtooth the "Designed & tested in Sun Valley" thingy is not a sticker but a badge? But a sticker sure is a good proxy for starters

Thank you for the remark! You are absolutely right. The original badge is aluminium. I still have it, but it is not salvageable.

Hi guys,

I am back in my country now and I am currently working slowly on the bike.

Look at this seatpost. It is 26,8 mm. Thick about 4 mm. Aluminium.

There is lathe very close to me and I will make it 26,6 as requirements.

I believe there will be no compromise with the strenght.

Afterwards I will send it to black aluminium anodation and I will post the results.
