Pulled from a pile of bikes heading for scrap ! Stem is stuck and the strange 26.4 expanding seatpost is missing but i am still chuffed with it. 
Saved, Peugeot PSV 10 !

I'll have a look for you on leboncoin. As soon as I work out what internal expanding seat post is in French!
It's quite a common feature on French artisan bikes, so there will be a good few about. It's just working out what they would have been called in French...

Got the stuck stem out and stripped it down.It's a list of the French cycle industry Atax,Phippe,Stronglight,Simplex,Maillard,Chistophe and TA.The Modolo Speedy brake set which was original to the build being the only non French items. Frame is a 58 ctc and comes in at 1911grams and the forks 694 !
