blimey......I'm not far from you in herts and would have had a bid if i'd seen this earlier...............£13.50 tho...........like the man says, ouch

No offence to the person who won this bike, as he/she won it fair and square, but I think the comments above echo how I feel about this too :(

It seems to be a lot harder to sell things on ebay for a decent price using the auction format these days. I've had several items go for disappointingly low prices. It makes me wonder whether it is really worth going to the bother of cleaning things up and spending the time preparing listings ...

I know what you mean but I guess it didn't help being so close to Christmas.

Work got in the way for me so it might be time to employ the dreaded snipers. ;)

Bad time to list it I'm affraid. I picked up a really nice Stumpy Complast week for £51!
Ebay is really strange sometimes and can catch you out :?

Its a shame you only got that price, Someone has obviuosly got a bargain.

Ebay is gamble unfortunatly , some of the things I have previuosly sold thinking they would go well didnt and things I was going to throw out go for mega bucks

Its hard to say this but breaking an old beauty into parts is the way to go as people dont want to collect an old bike and offering postage will apeal to a wider audience. You even had the original bottle cage as well ! would love one of these for the trekker :?
