I have one in red with silver decals, all original (apart from handle bar and grips). Some of the frame and some of the decals have seen better days.
I bought this bike on ebay a few months ago for my wife to use as a commuter. Whoever owned it previous has drilled and tapped two holes in the underside of the down tube to accomodate a crud catcher the frame also has one slight dent on the top tube.
Also the top plug caps have gone missing off the front forks (I'm sure these would be easy to find and replace).
The bike is still in a sound structural state and rides well, like I said my wife uses it to commute 3 miles to work and back each day and last week a friend of mine used it when out on a 26 mile ride with no problems.
I think the frame size is somewhere between 17 - 19" but I would have to confirm this.
I will post photo's if your interested.
By the way I will probably have to convince the wife to let it go but I'm sure she would if she knows it will be going to a loving home.
I have a 1992 Sahara elite in black with pink stickers I think the stem, bars and wheels are original but other than that it's set up as a single speed with a mix of components.
Frame has been touched up and although looks respectable is not in the best condition.
It looks a little better now though, put on £60 worth of tyres, changed the chainwheel to a black 38t, put a tatty flite on and polished up the crank. It's still a work in progress as I'm intending to keep it but I will sell if the right buyer comes along...
