No thanks Ted It's priced at the price I'd sell. Nothing lower I'm afraid. The cost to build it up as is was well in excess of £400 as the brakes, wheels, tyres and saddle are all new.
IIRC its a 19" to clarify - 19" Centre to top of Seat tube
17" Centre to centre Seat Tube / Top Tube junction.
Stem on it is actually a Ritchey alloy stem at 115mm in length and I'd estimate 6 degrees.
I'll throw the Saracen steel one which is 130mm and similar rise.
