Saracen Carrera Quattro frame + free rest of bike!

I am looking to get shot of this bike, it is mostly in good condition.

I really have no idea about he parts but the frame is good, ideally looking for collection.

How about £120 ono? Is this ridiculous?

Guys, I bet this is a Carrera Quattro, (frame made by saracen?).

From the days when halfords starting making Carrerras, and they kitted them out with some good kit Dx /XT/XTR.

Not sure if the frames are any good though it seems they are reynolds tubed.
