Salsa Fargo Titanium Mountain Bike - Large
with Niner Carbon rigid forks
House move force VERY reluctant sale of this amazing bike.
I never thought that I would sell this bike ... it is simply fantastic and I am sure that I will regret it ... but needs must.
The Salsa Fargo is the original dropped bar, adventure bike ... perfect for general MTB duties or long haul expeditions. This is the top of the range titanium version built by legendary frame builders Lynskey. It is a size large, for reference I am a whisker under 6 foot and it is a very good fit for me. It has the Niner carbon fork undoubtedly, the best carbon fork currently available.
I am the original owner, I bought it in late 2012 and apart from the cranks that I already had everything was purchased brand new. All in all the build cost was over £3,500 ... the frame on its own cost £1,650. The bike and all of the component are, as you can hopefully see from the photographs, in extremely good condition. The bike has mainly been used as a commuter and for the occasional long distance ride ... it has been lovingly maintained and serviced regularly ... everything is in perfect working order.
The only thing to point out is the side walls on the tyres are a little worn and the rear tyre has small rip that has been repaired but they've plenty of tread left.
