Salsa Alacarte bundle

Old School Hero
Hello everyone ! I would appreciate some input to estimate a price for this bundle:
an early Salsa Alacarte, fillet brazed, frame is in good condition (slight chainsuck), except there there is an early Syncros seatpost stuck in the frame, probably bonding between frame, shim and seatpost.
Serial number is SM923 or 925
Distance centre of bottom bracket to intersection with top tube = 43cm
Distance centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube = 47cm
Length of top tube = 54cm
Complete Salsa seatpost binder is provided. A true Temper handlebar, in steel, 56cm is also available for sale
thank you in advance for any input!

Another nice frame, if a bit neglected. Recently an immaculate a la Carte with the iconic jellybean paintjob sold for less than the 950 it was offered on ebay. One in bad condition, but complete bike with Bontrager fork is on offer for 950, but hasn´t sold for 2 years now (it´s really bad though).
So I´d guess this would be 300-500 being a comparatively mundane paintjob and with the stuck post. I think you´d be looking at the upper end of that range if you get the seatpost removed. And there should be no shim in the frame, except the post was not the right size.
BTW this is not a fillet brazed frame, tig welds are clearly visible.
