It's because they've witnessed first hand the destruction that nasty little socialists are capable of wreaking upon the world and would do anything in their power to prevent it happening here.

Are you comparing Hitler and his National Socialists with the broader, accepted concept of 'socialism'?

I'm quite comfortable lumping Alex Salmond and his closest cronies in with Stalin, the NSDAP, the various Kims etc... some may have put more of a smiling face on it than others, but they're all dangerous given enough power.

(Edit to say - Sillars let the mask slip just a little too much just before the referendum with his threats of a day of reckoning and impending nationalisation; of course it was all brushed over but that's exactly the way these hateful movements work until they gained have real power by duping the more reasonable parts of society.)

Not quite enough of a clown to have swallowed the rubbish that passed for a plan for Independence though. I believe it was you who actually mentioned Hitler specifically - I'm happy to equate Hitler to Stalin, and please note that I didn't equate Salmond to Stalin; his policies lead down the same road however...
