I have a NOS Front Sachs Quarz mech (no clamp - readily available)
And a v good condition Rear Sachs Quarz mech
These are fully Shimano compatible and were Sachs Top of the line mechs when released and comparable to any (period) top end Shimano in build, use and function - and better looking!
I also have the top end Sachs shifters - these came out later when Sachs were being bought by SRAM so are branded Gripshift and the Plasma range became the top end Sachs -- but these are Sachs Plasma shifters - fully compatible with the Sachs Quarz set
