Sachs Quarts disc brake calliper bolt pattern

Would any one know the bolt pattern spacing for a Sachs quarts disc brake? I would like to make an adaptor to mount some Hope size 8 enduro callipers so to a Cannondale Super V DH 4000 originally equiped with the Sachs.

You could contact Hope as they supplied the Volvo cannondale guys with brakes for the early sv 4000's
They might still have an adapter available??
Think A2Z make them also.

This is an adapter for the Moto 120 fork but I don't think it will work even though the mount is the same-
