Good luck in your quest, they seem to be like rocking unicorn poop. @ibbz owned the only set of Quarz I've seen outside of the catalogue. I've been looking for them myself, along with a set of original chainrings to complete my Quarz set up. No luck as yet.
I guess the rise of the V-brake at the same time as Quarz came out, as well as the subsequent Sram takeover means not many were made/sold?

And I’ve never seen them since!
The other rare one was the Mars 2.000 derailleur - a 9 speed Quarz rear mech I had and sold on a Bianchi Nth I had.
