I have a 9-5 Aero in cosmic blue which i love but can be expensive. My fourth Saab after my Dad passed on the bug. Went to Swedish Day in May which was great......enough saab's to make you dribble.

Recently I visited a small cosy meeting dedicated to Saabs in scarabee green.

Most were of the 9000 (Aero, Anniversary, regular CSE) and 900 (3/5/4 door and convertible) model, but there also was one 9-5:

I had a 900 Turbo 16v, it has been 'tweaked' by Abbot Racing and it was a beast :twisted:

Triumph supplied the engines for the earliest 99's. Later 99's got an engine that was derived from the Triumph engine and that was built in house with Saab.
