Specialized Stumpjumper FSR 1995 with Fox Alps 4

More pictures here: http://fotos.mtb-news.de/s/47613

Condition: technically and optically nice, Alps is working and holding pressure (150 psi). Bolts have no play, as far as I can tell. No dents, no cracks. Decals with some wear, front decals a bit more weared.

Cantilever counterholder (how is this thing called?) got flexed by a previous owner. Linkage painted yellow by him, too. But it does fit quite nice I think.

Specs: Top tube 56,5cm, Steering tube 90mm, ought to be a 18" frame.

All in all very nice condition.

Price: NOW: 155 GBPs including shipping to UK (17GPB included), Shipping from Germany

Condition: technically nice, Alps is working and holding pressure (150 psi). Bolts have no play, as far as I can tell. No dents, no cracks. Decals with some wear, front decals a bit more weared. Lower tube with chips from stones. Take a close look at the pics for this please. A previous owner didn't user liners for the cables, therefore we have some rust under the laquer :( All in all nice for riding or restauration. Comes with sharkfin, Specialized Seat clamp, a well working BB and a Diacompe A-headset. Without the cranks, I lent my tools recently... :)

Specs: Top Tube 55cm, therefore a 16,5" frame. But it does not ride THAT small ;) (Seat tube is 19" on all the FSR frames von 16,5" to 19")
SOLD

pm'ed you back ;)

Just looked up the shipping fees to GB:
Package of no larger than 120x60x60cm is 17£. If I get it under 5kg in total it's 14£.

Best regards

Hej stumpi,

I can understand that. The green frame ought to be the second size of 5 (16,5 / 18 / 19 / 20 / 21,5 were the sizes) as the head tube lenght (C) is 90mm. But the length of the top tube is more like the 19" version :?:

pm replied :)

In addition: The red frame is cheaper because there is rust under the paint on the top. Make sure to take a close look at my other pictures please! The green frame looks like seldom ridden as there are almost no chain marks or stone chips.

Shock is working on both frames, travel is small, you know :)

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!

Hi Renzo,

seat tube is 19" on both frames. Specialized only used different top tubes to create different frame sizes. I think this is because of the linkage system. If you want the real length center to top, I'll measure it tomorrow :)

Hej Renzo,

I measured the frames: Center BB to End of Seat tube is 19,3". Center BB to End of Top tube is 16,5". Should be no problem to ride considering seat post height for people over 1,65m, I guess. I am 1,74m and my post was still 15cm outside the seat tube.

And I took some additional pics of the linkages and the rust problem. See this photo album for more please

Best regards
Tom
