Wanted S or M mtb frame, late 80s or early 90s with head tube of 100mm or shorter

I have some extra NOS parts that I’d like to put on a S or M sized frame from the mid/late 80s or early 90s. Head tube needs to be 100mn or less. Prefer excellent to new condition. Cantilever brakes mounts too. Prepared to pay fair market value and international shipping for the right frame. Let me know if anyone has anything that might work.
