Ryanair - Bike / Bike Frame / Large Package Friendly?

If Al Quaeda had used Ryanair planes on 9-11, there would at least have been a bright side to it.

Never would have happened. They would have booked onto flights to 'New York' but then ended up on a grass airstrip 150 miles away!

Michael O'Leary goes into a well known Dublin pub, The Harp, and asks for a pint of Guinness.
"That will be one Euro, please," says the barman.
"That's a very low price," replies O'Leary, ‘I approve’’
"Now before I pour it, would you like a glass with that, sir?" asks the barman. ‘’Of course’’ says O’Leary, ’’ how else would I drink it?’’
‘’No problem’’, says the barman, ‘’that’ll be 4 Euros for the glass, 1 Euro for the Guinness, and a 2 Euros Guinness pumping charge. Now would you like to stand at the bar and drink it or sit down? It’s 1 Euro to stand or 2 Euros to sit.’’ ‘’ Er….er…er… stand’’ replies O’Leary
‘’Grand, now how about crisps, nuts, paninis, lotto tickets or perhaps some celebrity endorsed fragrance to go with your pint?’’
‘’Just give me the fecking pint’’ screams O’Leary ‘‘I only came here for a fecking pint’’
‘’Ok let’s just review your order: 1 Euro for the Guinness, 4Euros for the glass, 2 Euros for the Guinness pumping charge, 1 Euro to stand, so that’s 8 Euros so far please. ..How about pre booking a taxi home ?’’
‘’Aaaaahh’’ screams O’Leary in desperation, ‘’Ok sir, I understand your frustration’’, says the barman ‘’but we have to do all this to keep the price of our Guinness at 1 Euro, people demand good value from us. Do you know some pubs are charging as much as 4 Euros for a pint of Guinness?’’
‘’I know, it’s terrible the way some other pubs behave, ripping off their customers like that. Anyways, how much do I owe you?’’
‘’That’s 8 Euros’’ replied the barman. ‘’What card would you like to pay with………………?’’

Could I just add...

I think Ryanair is owned and run by a F****** bunch of F****** arse holes that I wouldn't p*** on them if they were on F****** fire, C****!!

I could quantify my hatred but like Ryanair, I can't be F****** arsed.

Thank you

al.

.....while we are slagging them off, in style I might add, here's a nice one.

I travelled with SAS and BA with a bike frame boxed up twice and no issues at all and no excess payment, I've flown with Ryanair several times and it is project in itself.

Would anyone even trust them with excess / oversized baggage, or is that even asking too much?

Ha, ha I'm pinching that picture for my Facebook

I've only had the "pleasure" of using them once..............never again!

Got to admit they were OK the times I used them. Comming back from Germany between postings there was a bit of a muddle up with my dates as my mum booked my flight from Stanstead to Prestwick so I ended up being a day early for my flight. Simply went up to the desk explained my position and they let me on that day's flight without any surcharge. Must have gone right down hill from then.

I have changed my avatar in "honour" of this piece of excrement and his despicable company.

The "hostesses" are right fierce as well.

Not surprised the hostesses are fierce they have to pay for their own uniforms and food & drink while in the air.

I would be right fierce too working for that O'leary Gob Shi*e

Thanks to all who contributed.

Just booked SAS who I know are large package friendly with no silly excess.
