Are the hubs 32 or 36 hole? - rear is 36 front is 32

Interested in the RX 100 brakes if nut fitting (not recessed allen key). - allen key

Can you tell me what seat tube diameter the RX100 front mech is? - its braze on, however shimano do the following part to allow a braze on to be attatced to a frame the one in the pic is SM AD11 31.8
