Running 1x - crank choice

I'm lucky enough to have a few options in my stash, but not sure which is best.

I have a 2x carbon fsa k force light that I could run with 1 ring rather than the 2 it was designed for, or I could also use a new set of 1x specific ethirteen cranks.

On the one hand, the carbon sexiness and lightness appeals, but on the other, the 30mm axle and single ring specificness does too.

Are there any pros and cons for either of my current options?

Re:

Depends what you want, if light weight just go with the lightest, if having unused bolt holes offends you go with the 1x specific one. I think stiffness would be way down on my priorities, but that's just me, I generally can't tell two different cranks apart
Availability and cost of chainrings would be my main Consideration.
And intended use, for xc I'd choose the carbon, for AM/Enduro I'd go with the e-thirteen crank.
