Rudy Project?

I fully agree to what @kingoffootball said, from the serial number you could assume it's from Fairly and was build 1991 January (or first week or quarter)

anyone knows where i can get info-would it be the welding company who fabricated it ‘Verlichi’
Verlicchi was an italian frame builder they also build frames for instance for Ducati motorbikes, some MTBs of the 90ties had iconic rear seat and chain stays like this Rudy Project here

Found this in the street, repainted over with black spray paint unfortunately. Can just make out Rudy project.
I took interest when I saw the cool pulley wheel for the front derailleur. Judging from1991/1992, given the Dx shifters and front derailleur that look original (Shifters have already been stripped in the photo
