I think Greene King brew it at Suffolk now....

Indeed - the Morland brewery at Abingdon closed not long after GK took it over, meaning that Ruddles (along with Old Speckled Hen etc.) is now brewed in Bury St. Edmunds. Can you still buy Ruddles Rhubarb anywhere? Sounds an odd idea for a beer but the slightly tart rhubarb flavouring actually worked really well. Got a bottle for a Christmas present a couple of years back, which was the last time I had a drink of the stuff.
