These are rough - paint and decals are scuffed - came on a '99 Kona which I picked up but they date earlier than this as they have the canti hanger brace (although they do have a disc mount too). They move - just - but consider them spares/repair as there is a small crack in one of the canti hanger/brace bolt holes. I guess they could be used as is but they have bolt-in stanchions and steerer (1 1/8" x 158mm) so would be ideal for spares. Black steel loose-ball aheadset included.
