Rst hi5 forks

Hi thank you for the reply for the moment I have tightened up the springs and it seemed to be ok today not as bad as the 1st time I went out in it but I’m still looking for some new one will have a look at the options thank you

I can do new elastomers for RST forks but I would also check if there was a recall notice on the Hi-5. I seem to remember there was

Re:

Just collected a bike with some unknown forks on them, and after some quick research I've established that they are RST Hi5 which were recalled due to some fairly serious failures. So I wouldn't go too crazy on them if I were you.

Do you no what the recall was on them ?

If you hit something hard they would bottom out breaking your wrists and upon extension flick you over the moon

* may or may not be correct

O that’s not good I’ll definitely be changing them I have managed to stiffen them up which was good but definitely get some bommers

Re:

I was being a little sarcastic. I’ve no idea what the recall was but like mentioned before they are a awful fork by 1999 standards let alone today.

Get some bombers. I’ve just sold a pair for sub £100 so they aren’t expensive.
