Yes the parts are really nice - and the frame is very very rare - it’s easier to find a Titanium Raleigh frame than an 853 and the Reynolds Optima one I have - I think Raleigh did some made to order RSP frames in 1997 - yours maybe the 853 order - here’s the catalogue

I think I'd based the age of mine on the paint, but if it is 1997 then it's in the wrong section!

Haha! If it is the 97 then someone has done a nice job as it looks like the 99/2000 in livery.
But looking at the catalogue - do you think that’s yours ?

It doesn't have the canti hanger/cable guide above the seat stays that appears to be on that 1997, so it seems to look more like the one in the '99 catalogues that you posted on page 1.

Yes looking closely and the fact that it has an original RSP headbadge it’s 99/2000 and not anything previous.
