RSP Cyclocross 1998/9, any ideas re tubeset?

I've got a really nicely put together Raleigh Special Products cyclocross bike.
Its from around 98/99.
I've sent Raleigh an e-mail asking for info but had no reply :?
Could anybody hazzard a guess as to what tubing it might be made from?

My RSP MTB frame from around that year with similar decals and paint (yellow with red flames)was 853

The top link is my frame
Steve(Jones) lives in Swansea so I went and picked it up
Everything i've seen from that era in that paint scheme has been 853 will make my day if it is

Actually, I do, and to my considerable surprise I found it in the first place I looked.

If you're not in a desperate rush, I can stick it in the post when I'm back in Blighty in a month or so.

I could post it from here, but it probably wouldn't get there any quicker :roll:
