Sold Royce Ti BB 115mm plus tools

Does this seem fair?
Royce Ti BB 115mm axle complete with lock-rings
Threads and tapers all good - no tears to the pin holes
One axle hex head is a bit stressed but works okay
The bearings need replacing
Also included is the tool set and instructions (£35 new right?)
How about £75 for everything UK mainland posted - you pay transfer fees if applicable
