Can't see normal size pictures, but Rocky did have wisbone seatstays up until 1992 in their line up. Rocky Mountain dropouts indicate a Hammer or Equipe kind of model. White would suggest a Blizzard. Just put up some more detailed pics so we will find out which model and year it is.

Thanks for the answer! I can't get bigger pictures, unfortunately. The paint is not original. I think it's a Hammer, like you said.
Cheers!
Kevin

Re:

The brake cable stop will be the giveaway as the Blizzard had a noodle around the seatpost instead tubes don't look fat enough for the Aluminium Stratos but the stop is right for a Stratos......Anthony or Ben will be along soon to clarify ;)

Re:

Super tiny pics make for a difficult id.

Looks like a steel frame, 92. Depending on dropouts and rear brake cable stop it could be a Team Comp. 92 TC's should have Ritchey dropouts and a tube that is welded from the mono to the cable stop.

A serial number will help as well.

Re:

Even modern phones do bigger pictures than they, they look like the thumbnails of the picture.

Anyway, mid range rocky from 90 to 92.

Estimate from the pictures a 1992 Hammer.

Re:

i know, yeah, the pics suck. sorry! but i think you're spot on!
1992 hammer seems like the right pick.
thanks for the help everyone.
cheers,
kevin
