Hi to all!
i'm really happy to introduce you my "new" project...
I've always loved canadian mtb frames, and I've been always fascinated by the "maple leaf" ones...
in 2007 i was the happiest guy on the earth when I've bought a second-hand 2001 RMTN Slayer... and then i've always continued to search a vertex and/or an Ets-X frame, if possible with the maple-leaf colour scheme...
so... thanks to the forum, in dec 2018 I've finally found a vertex...
It's been stocked for too many months in order to collect some proper components for it...
it's not finished yet, but more or less it gives an idea of the project
Initially the plan was to use it as a "everyday-bike"... with a steely rigid fork, a pair of cheap vbrakes, a pair of nos 2005 LX 36h hubset laced to a mavic xc317 rims and with a 3x9 setup...
