Uber rare chance to pick up a sound Rocky Mountain Summit circa 1989 - yep, the one with the double down tubes!
There's a slim possibility it could be a custom variation Wedge as it has the traces of decals saying 'custom built' and slightly different positioning of cable guides to the catalogue specification.

As mentioned - it is sound structural condition, with patina on the cusp of requiring a repaint - it's perhaps a borderline call but the buyer should decide!
The top tube is 22" long.
