Now then all, just got a Rocky Mountain blizzard frame, advertised as a 2002, it most definitely isn’t!
I narrowed it down to 93-96, only had pictures to go by until it arrived, and it’s in grey primer which doesn’t help, anyone guess the year?
Ninja helped with pics of his 93 so we’re down to 94-96.

1996 is the only one that would fit at first look, assuming the frame has not been altered in anyway. Namely the q/r area.
 
Not a '96, they switched to the round canti bridge.
 
Stripped it today for blasting tomorrow.
The frame has had about an inch of seat tube slash cut off so I’m thinking 94,95.
Had a scrape of the primer and there’s white an green paint underneath. The white seems to be original.

Late 94 or early 95
You can always contact rocky mountain directly. Although they now a different rocky mountain.
