Beautiful Full Suspension Rocky Mountain element t.o. made in Canada. Includes a Fox Alps 5R shock & brand new rebuild kit (seals). Seat Tube is 19" from top (or 16.5" from center of tt). I beleive it's a 1998. The Serial # is ET8159. Any idea if it can be deciphered from this?

Very nice! I have a standard Element with serial EM8223 that is considered a '98, so I would assume this one is '98 as well.

The Team Only has the bling factor

According to the '98 brochure the T.O. frame weighs 2.2kg, versus 2.5kg for the standard Element. The T.O. uses different tubing: Easton HBO Elite, while the standard Element uses Easton Custom HBO.
