Cool will do, my flights home today are delayed so I’ll need to do it tomorrow. These are my 1994 fsx forks I converted way back in 1994 to 80mm . Still running sweet today on my SWorks. The brace has long since died (cracked). Running the Ti bolt / boss kit from the Judy SLs

Great info, about the bushings. Have never considered it myself, may give this a try.

Measured all my forks and stanchions, all same length 320mm. Same in my FSX running 80mm
