Rockshox Revelation dual air QR 130mm. 197mm steerer 1.1/8th I believe to be 2010.
These forks are in excellent condition for their age and are seriously light for a 130mm travel fork. They have had an easy life, XC use on my carbon hardtail.
They hold air perfectly, the seals and bushes are fine.
I always use Brunox Deo stanchion lube on my forks and as a result the stanchions have no signs of wear.
Rebound adjustment works perfectly but the compression lockout doesn't seem to work - this never bothered me as I'm not that anal about riding about in the woods! It might be an easy fix.
