Rockshox Recon 351 Solo Air 130mm '08 SOLD!

Hi folks,

I bought these for a hardtail build in the Autumn and they're great (details below), but I much prefer the feel of a 20mm axle (and all my other front wheels are for 20mm axles) so I've got a pair of Manitou nixon's on the way...

2008 Recon 351 Solo Air 130mm travel, motion control with compression adjust (not the ridiculous poploc thingy...). 9mm QR, I.S. brake mount, alloy 1.1/8th steerer 215mm length, shiny white paint in excellent condition with only minor scuffs. Minor scuffs to the adjusters, NO marks to the crown.

I fully rebuilt them when I bought them and replaced all the internal seals, fitted new foam rings and used premium fully synthetic lubricants so they work very well indeed.

I'll get some pics up later so you can see how good they look! I don't think they've had much use by the looks of them.

Yes you can with some 'all travel' spacers which you can order from the importer (fishers..?). But all they are is little bits of plastic which you could easily substitue for a piece of hose of some sort cut to length (fuel hose would work perfectly!).

No worries AdamAsh, i think it was from 09 onwards that rs started painting the crowns white...
