Possibly not, it may only be the SL ti?
And yes, there was an SL & and SL ti.
That Said, I had an SL (Not Ti) and it did have an alloy steerer.

Yes it should.
SlTi is same but simply has ti bolts.
It should have quite an intricate machined crown if you look at the underside - very different to regular version.
