RockShox Judy XC 95/96 - 3D Printed Elastomers (Looking for original Dimensions)

I've just re-read, I think somebody fitted some springs and used an old elastomer to make the top caps fit?.
Just make something up and best guess solid nylon would work, though 82A shore is quite hard for fork elastomer (I think)

They're 1995/1996 Judy XC, if you have spring in, they've been upgraded.
And your elastomer/mcu may be different as they have to work with the caps there.

In the inside picture I t looked like a Jax Connector.
Any pictures of the innards or what's left.

Once cleaned out, compress the stanchion completely, mark it, the pull it out completely and you can measure the travel. It'll be ~50, 60 or 80 depending on year (damper fitted).
it has 60mm Travel, Jax Cap under both elastomers and the topcaps have the same connector. i´ve already put it back together with 25mm long elastomers. It fully extends now, the only thing left is to see how long the printed rubber will work. meanwhile im gonna print another pair with 100% infill

thats why i decided to print them hollow (35% infill). lets see how they do :)

It should be fine, often a nylon (maybe delrin?) spacer 'elastomer sized' would be used (white often, sometime black) . The spring does all the hard work.

Is your damper working?

Took it for a ride, everything feels smooth. I definitely need to print the elastomers solid, it actually feels a little too soft. Fork extends all the way back :D new grease was applied too
