Rockshox Judy Sl rebuild

Got a set of Judy sl's.. From 97 I believe, that came with a bike. They felt like cheese so have decided to strip and try and rebuild.

On one side an elastomer and spring, on the other... A few bits of plastic and a lot of mush! Explains why they felt like cheese

Does anyone know what I'm missing? Or where spares are available?
