RockShox Crown Top Cap Stuck

Loose the bolts and push the leg about 2cm through the crown.
Then tighten the bolts.
The gently hammer the socket onto it and loose it gently.

Loosening the pinch bolts and pushing the leg out of the crown helped. I guess the tight bolts would squeeze the tube just enough to make it hard to unscrew. Pushing the let out 2cm also helped with fitting the wrench properly without the crown being in the way. One simple twist and voila it got unscrewed. The good news is that fork holds air, but I needed to unscrew the caps in order to replace the (very much contaminated) oil.
