I dont remeber year,
work good , some scratch, but at this moment no oil outside.
Steer tube 145mm.

They are actually a MAG21 from the model year 1993. Plus some fancy aftermarket top screws.

How can you tell? I have a similar set and have never been certain what they are.

The lower legs are MAG21 style compared to MAG20 (google search picture to see)
1993 is the crown style and the top caps and the brace with 3 spring holes and two reflector mount holes.
But top caps is the main one as the other two can be changed (technically the top caps can too)
