One careful lady owner as they say!
1 1/8" steerer which is 8" long
Think I bought them in '98 as NOS but could be a wee bit out in my dates.
They've never been ridden in anger - I just thought they looked cool and loved the colour.
They still look really nice apart from the corrosion on the rear of the forkbrace - which I've tried to get a good image of. I notice that the photo of the front of the brace makes the paint look patchy but this is probably reflection or my dodgy photography as it is just fine. I can email the hi-res versions of these images no problem.
They move freely with no wobble but the cartridge definitely needs refilling with oil.
The upper stanchions both look perfect - like the bit I've exposed by pulling the gaiters up.
I also have the original little assembly diagram which I tore off the box.
