I don't know anything about this other than I have a team ti frame which has Paul sadhoffs name on it as a decal under the clear coat.

Even if merkin had the rights to the rock lobster name, surely they wouldn't have the right to use sadhoff's name on unless he gave permission or had a hand in something related to the frame.
