no... its only a 420mm post.

Hell can't be much left in the frame!, would of thought would have needed at least 150mm inserted to remin safe with a big fella swinging on it!

quite possibly... the previous 2 posts both bent, but they were cheap crap.
this one has survived 6 weeks so far without starting to creak.

just measured.... there is 280mm of tube sticking out of the frame.
