It's a 17" Seat Tube & if you've got the patience or wherewithal you could get it looking mine...
Comes with H/Set, XT F/Mech & Kona seatclamp bizarrely.

Fair few paint chips, but structurally sound! Lovely bikes to ride & I've had mine from new back in '94. Restored 2 years ago.

1" Headset Compatible
Seatpost requirement - 26.8 or a fine ream to 27.0 (As I did on mine)
