Poorly presented imho.

It's hardly a barn find is it !

Give it a good clean and spruce it up a bit.

A bit of money and some effort would have made someone a bit more willing to part with a pot full of cash.

I think the start bid (£850) and maybe, on a good day, with the wind behind it, + 10% is its' true value.

Yes it costs to list and a little more with reserve price, which i should imagine is over £1000.

As for price, i think it depends on how desperate the seller is to shift it, and only they will know how much interest the bike is generating. If it is getting a lot of interest and questions then if they wait it will sell eventually, not everyone has that kind of money spare, but if someone wants it then they will usually find it eventually. The alternative for anyone interested in the bike but thinking it is too much for them to spend, is to wait for the next one in their size to turn up for sale
