Got almost the entire backcatalogue, 35-odd albums if you want some CDs burnt! :D No tapes any more though.

I haven't anything after warrior on the edge. Last time I saw Hawkwind was Stonehenge around 1980, didn't think a of them. The Here and Now band were on, then the next band came on, after a while someone turned to me and said this is Hawkwind!

Warrior and Hall of the mountain grill did for hawkwind in my opinion. the live space ritual double is the best, and i am on it.....saw them many times... brilliant band.....also played in a hawkwind cover band, back in the day, before the phrase cover band was invented....

The best Hawkwind period for me is Astonishig Sounds through to Hawklords.
Calvert was just on fire as a lyricist, with themes that nobody else was touching with any level of maturity. Musically too they managed to predate the mid eighties by a decade.
Only appreciating this now, after overlooking much of their creative output from this period. And Calverts solo projects which have been pretty inaccessible until spotify.
